Connie Tyne, L.M.S.W., is the executive director of the Cooper Wellness Program in Dallas. She teaches workshops on stress management, goal setting, balancing your life and aging well. Ms. Tyne is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in psychology and education. She received her master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in stress management, biofeedback and visual imagery, and a certified diplomate of the American Psychotherapy Association.
