Birthday Day Parties and Club Rentals:
Youth Birthday Parties: The Sports Barn Downtown
and East are the host to many youth birthday parties
each year. Our Downtown facility offers year round
pool opportunities while East pool is seasonal. Our
parties include: 1) Party host/Lifeguard - helps
coordinate set up and cleanup. 2) Use of our pool
facilities. Party fees: $10/child for a two hour party
with a minimum of 6 children. Adult or group club
rental rates: $175 for first two hours then $150 for
remaining hours.

VO2 Metabolic Testing
Until recently VO2 testing was only available at human
performance labs and training centers for elite athletes.
This type of assessment is recognized as the “Gold
Standard” for determining fitness and developing
conditioning programs to improve performance. Now,
training programs for weight loss, cardio health or
athletic performance is available to you at the

Polar Body Age Assessments The Polar Body Age
program is an assessment program that will monitor
the following:
- Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Body Strength
- Range of Motion
- Body Composition
- Health Risks
Each participant will complete a detailed Lifestyle
Report as well as undergo a fitness evaluation.
Within 48 hours of your evaluation you will receive
a written report indicating what your current body
age is and recommendations for an attainable body
age.
This is an excellent tool to use before you begin a
new program or just to evaluate your current program
and utilize the recommendations made by the program.
Fees: $79 for initial report and $25 for followup report
Fees: $50 for initial report and $10 for follow-up when
working with a Personal Fitness Trainer.
