Welcome to Activity Log, an easy way to record and monitor your physical activity.
Track your Aerobic Points based on the unique system developed by Dr. Kenneth Cooper, one of America’s pioneers in physical fitness.

The Calendar Page is the heart of the system. By clicking on the following icons, you can:
Add Aerobic Activities
Record details about your aerobic workout. Choose from dozens of activities, select your favorites, rename them, or add your own.

Add Strength Activities
Record details about your strength workout. Many exercises are illustrated with short animations.

Add Body Data
Track changes in your height, weight, waist, resting pulse rate, blood pressure, and total cholesterol.

Design Workouts
Build your favorite workouts by adding individual items, such as running distances and strength training routines.

Track Your Progress
Select a category to monitor your progress and see where your aerobic conditioning ranks.
